I have over 25 years of experience in consultancy, either as a professional coach or a group facilitator. Ten of those years were spent with Coopers & Lybrand and PwC where I worked in Europe and North America with senior client management teams.
I set up Vision4Change Ltd in 1999 and have since continued to work with a wide range of Blue Chip clients (including Deloitte Consulting, PwC, Lloyds Bank, DEFRA, Barclays, GDF, AXA, Prudential, Tower Hamlets, West Sussex Council, Maersk Oil and Natural England).
With an MBA and an MSc in Change Agent Skills And Strategies, I have a practical and analytical approach coupled with an intuitive and creative manner. Working as a consultant for over 25 years, I have experience with a wide variety of individuals and groups with differing agenda and seniority which is a valuable asset to offer potential clients. I am also a Member of the Association for Coaching UK and a NLP Master Practitioner.
My method of working:
My role with client teams is to release their creativity, enabling them to come up with new ideas and solutions to issues and challenges facing them using their own resources. In this manner, and using a client centred agenda I ensure they not only own their work, but also the processes by which they achieve their results. I enjoy working at both individual and group level with whoever might be seeking to make changes in an organisation.
My experience has taught me that a group’s emotional needs must be met if they are to make progress on the task at hand and this is an important aspect of my work in groups. I believe that the way things are approached is just as important as what is actually accomplished. What this really means is that I’m here to listen to you and help you achieve your goals in a supportive environment.
